たまたま見つけたシチリア料理のレストラン。シチリアを離れ美味しい地元の料理に飢えていた日々だったので早速予約して行きました。久々に、文句なしに「すごく良かった」と言えるレストランでした。自家製パン、アミューズ、前菜、パスタ、デザートとどれも本当に美味しくて大満足。こういうレストランはイタリアでも稀です。大抵〇〇は美味しかったけど〇〇はイマイチだったよねーとなります。それが全くありませんでした。夫と「シチリアにいるみたい！」と何回言ったか。あと、お料理があつあつで出てくるのが本当に嬉しかった。私にとってこれは重要です。ヨーロッパでは料理がぬるかったり冷めてることが多すぎるので。本当におすすめのレストランです！！ I happened to come across a Sicilian restaurant, and since we’d been craving delicious local food after leaving Sicily, we made a reservation right away. It had been a long time since I could say, without any reservations, “That was absolutely amazing!” Every single dish — the homemade bread, amuse-bouche, appetizer, pasta, and dessert — was truly delicious, and we were completely satisfied. Even in Italy, restaurants like this are rare; usually, it’s more like, “The ___ was great, but the ___ was so-so.” Here, there was none of that at all. I lost count of how many times my husband and I said, “It feels like we’re in Sicily!” Also, I was really happy that the dishes were served piping hot — that’s important to me. In Europe, it’s far too common for food to be lukewarm or even cold. I can genuinely recommend this restaurant!
