It was amazing! We had the pleasure of being served by Chef Chris Mertens. He explained very well the wine menu and the best pairing with the 6 course meal of the day. After this the journey started and as you can see from the picture every dish was extremely curated and believe me it was also delicious! Everything is prepared under your eyes and Chris was presenting every dish and answering all our questions. 3 tables in total were booked making the experience even more intimate and special. It was a really great evening, for sure we will come back.
