Lekkere wijtjes gedronken. Attente en vriendelijke bediening Jammer dat we geen fles (of 2) meer konden bestellen na 23u... (Exact uur weet ik niet meer, we mochten wel tot +/- 00.15 op het terras blijven zitten terwijl het personeel aan het opruimen was)

No rush, no fuss, just calm attention to every table. I started outside, then moved to the bar when it got too cold. He noticed. We talked a little about the wine. He knew what he was talking about, and I found myself really listening. Didn’t expect much from this visit, but somehow it lingered.
