The Alanya Castle is located on the top of a mountain, 250 meters above sea level. The fortification complex includes one hundred and forty towers, which have been preserved to this day.

The interior of the castle is rich in architectural monuments. Here one can find the Suleiman Mosque, the palace of Sultan Ala ad-Din, ruins of ancient Muslim shrines, markets, and other buildings. The lower terraces of the castle are occupied by wooden houses, among which are the Main Gates of Alanya. Tired of the endless attractions, you can always relax in a local restaurant or cafe, comfortably situated on the observation deck.
