About

De Kleine Komedie, a historic gem in Amsterdam, has been delighting audiences since its opening in 1786. As one of the city's oldest theaters, it offers an enchanting atmosphere enriched by good seats, a vibrant program, and a cozy interior that bridges the gap between performer and audience. With a capacity of around 500, it delivers an intimate experience, ideal for savoring top-tier comedy and shows, including those by the renowned Lady Marmalade. Despite its outdated online ticketing system, the helpful staff ensures a warm welcome, and the option to pay by credit card adds convenience. Suitable for visitors of all ages, spending 1-2 hours here is a delightful escape into Amsterdam's comedic tradition. Plus, with its impressive 4.5-star Google rating, it's a must-visit for entertainment enthusiasts.
