About

This unique museum is one of the most interesting stops on the tourist route in Amsterdam, and vividly shows its visitors what it was like for Jews living here during World War II. You can directly see the secret rooms of the house where Anne Frank and her relatives hid from the Gestapo, and the objects these people used. Also, you will find items symbolizing discrimination and the violation of human rights in any form, along with an Oscar statuette awarded to the actress who played the main character in "The Diary of Anne Frank" movie. The museum has existed for quite some time and has faced various challenges and undergone several restorations, yet it continues to be very popular among tourists, thanks to the atmosphere of the 1940s.
