Not that much to see apart from a few expensive Chinese restaurants.

chinatown in the city centre, near the red light district. be sure to drop by Hoi tin for chinese pastries. but not to late. they sell out fast. furthermore drop by the small cafés and pubs. see the fo guang shan he hua temple, a Chinese traditional boeddhist temple and end your visit here for some lunch or dinner at one of the many Asian eateries. I can recommend china sichuan restaurant if you like spicy authentic Chinese food. new king is recommended by others for their dumplings. but I heard that those were quite pricey, so i haven't tried them.
