Wir waren zu viert und hatten das Glück, auch spontan noch einen Tisch zu bekommen – was nach diesem Abend absolut kein Selbstverständnis ist. Die Küche im BEKE ist eine wunderbare Hommage an frische, regionale Produkte, kreativ kombiniert und perfekt abgeschmeckt. Die verwendeten Gewürze setzen raffinierte Akzente, ohne sich in den Vordergrund zu drängen – jedes Gericht ein stimmiges Geschmackserlebnis. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch die sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Bedienung, die uns durch den Abend begleitet hat – kompetent, herzlich und unaufdringlich.
