Aussgergewöhnlich schönes Ambiente, draussen wie auch innen. Der Service sehr freundlich und professionell. Das Essen hält da aber nicht ganz mit. Warum: Man hat den Eindruck da ist ein zweifellos fähiger Koch am Werk, der aber zu viel des Guten tut. Das Vitello Tonnato ist so kunstfertig interpretiert, dass der Character des Tonnato verschwindet. Auch meine Seezunge, mit Fr. 62,- durchaus an der Obergrenze bepreist, ist so voll beladen mit kleinen Dingen wie Möhrenpüree, Süsskartoffel etc. , aber zu wenig Beure Blanc, dass die 2 kleinen, armen Seezungenfilets, die eigentlich der Star sein sollte, unterzugehen drohen. Also manchmal ist weniger mehr.

Das Essen war geschmacklich sehr gut, jedoch empfand ich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis als nicht ganz stimmig. Negativ aufgefallen ist mir der Umgang zwischen den Mitarbeitenden, den ich teilweise mitbekommen habe – dieser wirkte schroff und unangemessen, insbesondere im Hinblick auf Lernende. Das Ambiente war ansonsten sehr angenehm und ansprechend.
