Una vera sorpresa. La parmigiana era semplicemente deliziosa, con un equilibrio perfetto tra sapore e leggerezza. La cotoletta mi ha colpito per la sua impanatura croccante ma non pesante, davvero gustosa! Ottimi anche i salumi, tipici del sud. Poi devo dare una nota di merito per la carta dei vini: ampia, curata, con interessanti proposte anche di vini naturali! Tornerò sicuramente anche perchè il servizio è stato molto cortese, simpatico, efficente e l’ambiente molto conviviale.
