Ich habe das Business-Menu am Mittag mit Fisch bestellt. Hauptgang mit Suppe oder Salat inklusive für 39.- Zum frischen gemischten Frühlingssalat gab es geräuchte und gesalzene Butter mit einen warmen Brötchen. Schon mal sehr lecker. Der Hauptgang mit Lengfisch auf einem Bett aus Kefen und Spinat, mit roten, süssen, gedämpften Zwiebeln als Topping und mit einem Champagnerschaum war schön angerichtet und schmeckte vorzüglich. Der Service war extrem freundlich und aufmerksam. Ich komme wieder.
