Rony Turns Cocktails into an Experience I had an excellent experience at the Schweizerhof Bar in Zürich. The atmosphere is classy yet welcoming, and the cocktails are truly top-notch. A special mention goes to Rony, the barkeeper – not only does he mix fantastic drinks with great attention to detail, but he also creates a warm and engaging vibe at the bar. His recommendations were spot-on, and the conversations made the evening even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for both quality drinks and great company behind the bar, this is the place to go. Wir waren am Donnerstag, den 05.09.24, zum vierten Mal in der Bar GIN & JAZZ im Schweizerhof. Obwohl ich ein paar Tage vorher angerufen hatte, um einen Tisch für drei Personen zu reservieren, sagte mir die Dame am Telefon, dass man nicht reservieren müsse. Doch als wir ankamen, sagte uns Rony, dass man doch hätte reservieren müssen. Zum Glück haben wir trotzdem einen Platz bekommen, sogar einen Tisch, und haben Essen bestellt. Es kamen immer mehr Leute, es wurde sehr eng und laut, und wir mussten lange warten, bis unser Essen kam. Mein Beefsteak Tatar hatte leider keinen Geschmack – weder Salz noch Pfeffer, und es fehlten die Kapern und Zwiebeln ☹️. Als ich um ein paar Toastscheiben bat, musste ich ebenfalls lange warten. Das Essen war leider geschmacklos ☹️. Das Personal im Service war sehr freundlich und nett, die Band war sehr cool und hat schön gespielt, und wir haben die Musik genossen. Ich habe eine E-Mail an das Schweizerhof Hotel geschrieben. Sie haben sehr schnell reagiert, auf meine Kritik sehr professionell geantwortet und mich ernst genommen.
