Basically, the menu cards are (almost?) the same as D-Vino, but less people in Kowalski. The food is OK, but nothing special. Tapas are fine to accompany your drinks. You need to order/pay food and drinks at bar. The food will be brought to your table. Friendly service and wines have rather reasonable price. I recommend for some drinks in the evening, especially if you do not have any reservation. Online reservation is not possible - you need to call if you want to book a table.
