Pedimos un arroz cremoso de setas y longaniza: el grano en su punto, meloso sin llegar a pesado, con un alioli de trufa que aporta sabor ,sin robar protagonismo. Seguimos con un secreto a la brasa impecablemente marcado, jugoso y con un punto ahumado muy rico. La salsa de curry verde sorprende: fresca, acompañada de una patata rota al romero que sorprende. El atún a la brasa: dorado por fuera, y tierno por dentro, con un guacamole cremoso y un ajoblanco que equilibra y da frescura. Y el final… un crepe relleno de crema de mascarpone, bañado en chocolate caliente y acompañado de helado de frambuesa. Contraste de temperaturas, y ese punto ácido del helado que limpia el dulzor . Servicio atento, tiempos perfectos y un menú que por 19,80 € es difícil de igualar. Un sitio que sabe lo que hace… y se nota en cada plato. Seguro que no tardaremos a repetir…

Fuimos con un grupo muy grande y aun asi nos dejaron pedir el menu del día. Muy buena atencion y no hubo un solo plato que no estuviera bueno. Recomiendo su ensaladilla y su canelones
