Durante nuestra visita a la ciudad, descubrimos Retama casi por casualidad, y fue todo un acierto. El restaurante ofrece un menú vegetariano con cinco opciones que cambian según la temporada, y cada plato que probamos estaba lleno de sabor, color y creatividad. Se nota el cuidado en la selección de ingredientes frescos y locales. La atención fue excelente: el personal fue muy amable, explicándonos cada plato con detalle y siempre con una sonrisa. Nos sentimos muy bien acogidos desde el primer momento. Como pequeño punto a mejorar, el local podría beneficiarse de una mejor ventilación, sobre todo en días calurosos. Aun así, la experiencia fue más que positiva. Recomendamos Retama sin dudarlo a quienes visiten la ciudad y busquen una opción saludable
