Me declaro FAN de la GENTE RARA 😊 Experiencia original e inolvidable desde el primer minuto. Gratamente sorprendido de la originalidad del local, tanto del recinto como del menú y los vinos. De visita obligada si pasas por Zaragoza. Toques de GENIALIDAD en la mayoría de los platos como la sopa de cangrejo con leche de coco, la calabaza y el rabo de cordero, la patata asada en arcilla, el salmonete cocinado en cera y la ostra en escabeche. Un pre-postre sorprendente por su originalidad y sabor (hispam de pimiento rojo) y un postre REDONDO, lo mires como lo mires, que repetiría cada día como "la manzana". La tabla de quesos, un plus a destacar. UNA MARAVILLA! Impecable atención y una dedicación mimada a la selección del vino por parte del sumiller. NECESITO VOLVER! 😂
