Un martes cualquiera de septiembre sin mucha gente en el restaurante: Muy lentos para llevarte a la mesa. Amables. Muy lentos para venir a tomar la comanda. Amables. Muy lentos para traerte el entrante (y bastante antes un comensal que el otro). Comida buena. Los nachos del menú de los mejores que he probado en Zaragoza. Muy lentos para servir el plato principal (está vez llegan los dos platos a la vez). Bueno de sabor y de cantidad. ¿He dicho ya que son muy lentos? Pues eso... Muy lentos en venir a preguntar por el postre. Cometemos el error de pedir la carta para volver a ver qué había de postre. Eterno. Muy lento. Pedimos un postre y café. Una comida de menú en un lugar con poca gente ha tardado como un banquete de boda. ETERNO. Empobrece de manera bárbara la experiencia. No sé si es falta de personal o falta de experiencia o que les hemos pillado en mal día. Me lo pensaré dos veces antes de volver.
