Espectacular, recomendable 100% para una ocasión especial. La comida es de calidad y estaba todo súper rico y el trato es exquisito. Nos decantamos por la fórmula abs y fue un menú súper completo. El ambiente es muy íntimo, la tarta de manzana una fantasía y el café una experiencia diferente.

A veces, cuando vas a un restaurante esperas comer bien, sin embargo en el Absinthium es algo más. Es como ir al teatro dónde los protagonistas son los platos y el vino capitaneados por el somelier Jesús Solanas, quién te hace olvidar tu vida cotidiana para elevarte a un sueño donde comida y bebida desfilan entre escena y escena. Tres horas de ensoniación gastronómica difíciles de olvidar. Gracias por esta experiencia.
