La principal atracción está en la misma barra, allí se encuentra la parrilla de obra de color rojo. Ya sea para tomar unas raciones con el vermú, o de plato principal, la brasa está siempre dispuesta para cocinar chorizos y longanizas, papada, codornices, picantones, morcilla... y la excelente carne de ternasco, que Manolo, quien cuenta que ha sido pastor, ofrece con orgullo a los asiduos y no tan asiduos del lugar. El género es de buena calidad, y la oferta abundante, patatas bravas, migas, oreja, gambas a la plancha, bacalao rebozado, caracoles... La mejor brasa de las Delicias
