Unfortunately, today, we turned up at 9.30am as per their website and it was pointed out to me on the blackboard outside, it was 10am opening. I did say it was 9.30am on the website so it could be changed, but was told "she didn't think so". I have to say, this is the first negative thing I have ever had to say about the Hound Lounge. The other things are, the door was ajar, also, I'd never seen this lady before. We did not go in as closed sign was on the door, but my dog nudged it slightly. We did not hang around for opening. Very disappointed.
