We had the seafood risotto and a pepperoni pizza. The risotto was a reasonable attempt. A fair tasting sauce, a few small chunks of salmon, and a few mussels and prawns. The rice was still a little too hard for my liking. The pizza base was pale, hard, thin (guessing 5mm consistently throughout, if that), perfectly flat and almost perfectly circular. Thin and crispy! The toppings were sparse....basic tomato sauce spread thin to exactly an inch from the dry flat edge, a scattering of grated mozzarella, and five super thin slices of pepperoni, straight out of the packet. If you think you can't eat a whole pizza or want to share one, think again. Honestly, very comparable to supermarket budget pizza from the frozen food section. My pizza did not look at all like some of the photos posted in earlier reviews therefore I was very disappointed. Regarding the decor, a few empty tins of olive oil and a few packets of pasta as a nod to the Italian aspirations of this cafe. Overall, the service was good (quiet Monday night), the place and food was mediocre, the price was reflective of what we had.

We had two amazing pizzas, and a lamb stew. Pizza's were nice and crusty on the outside but soft and full of flavour in the middle, lovely dough. A very tender lamb stew as well with all the juices. Relaxed atmosphere and a very helpful server as well. Also very reasonably priced as well, especially as we BYB'ed.
