Such a hidden gem in York. My friends and I are avid parkrun pursuers and we drove to York to bag our Y. The post parkrun breakfast was at Bruberrie and they were amazing accommodating the 9 of us. We had to pay a deposit and pre order but jt was totally worth it. The foodwas delicious and they served us with lots of love and care.

I had the Sourdough with creamy mushrooms and it was one of the best breakfasts I've ever had! We sat in the snug at the back and the lighting was a little dark and yellowy, but the decor inside is lovely and clean, the dishes are presented beautifully and although it was a little on the pricey side, it is well worth the price! You can 100% see the time and love that has gone into the venue and food and I will definitely be coming back next time I'm in York.
