A beautiful old hotel, lots of warm colored wood Throughout. The room was big and comfortable, dark carpets, and oak trims, and a fireplace. An old fashioned wc completed the look. The only sour thing,were little notes everywhere Telling you not to do this and not to do that, Including a £50 charge if you stained the carpet.

Drinks at a very good price. It's £3.50 for a pint of John Smith's which is always spot on. The staff are always helpful and friendly.
