De noedels waren in een ruime hoeveelheid olie gebakken waardoor de smaak flink minder was dan hoort, de olie overheerste waardoor de diverse smaken van de ingrediënten niet meer te proeven was helaas. In Nederland wordt doorgaans veel minder olie gebruikt en daarom viel mij dit erg tegen. De eendenborst was wel goed van smaak en heerlijk knapperig gebakken en ook de soep vooraf was goed van smaak en consistentie.

Wir waren zu zweit hier und haben uns beide Ramen gegönnt. Es war unglaublich lecker und die Bedienung war super freundlich.

Das Shijo gehört zwar mit zu Madame Nguyen, aber hier ist der Service und das Ambiente viel besser. Sushi ist ganz gut, Ramen ist okay, nicht wie ein echtes Ramen.
