Guter Platz mit granteldem Platzwart. Eher amüsant als abstoßend.

Kleiner und wunderschön gelegener Campingplatz direkt am Main. Die Innenstadt ist fussläufig zu erreichen, direkt an der Hauptstraße fährt aber auch die Straßenbahn ab. Die Sanitäranlagen sind einfach, aber sauber. Sie befinden sich im vorderen Bereich des Platzes, was immer einen kleinen Fußmarsch bedeutet. Wer keine Reservierung hat, hat kaum eine Chance, kurzfristig aufgenommen zu werden. Dazu ist der Platz zu klein und zu beliebt. Der Betreiber und seine Frau bewirtschaften auch die Gaststätte des Platzes. Wir haben diese nicht ausprobiert, aber der Laden war immer gut besucht. Was wir kurios fanden war, dass der Platz komplett analog verwaltet wird. Die Buchungen existieren nur auf Papier, was wir auf unseren Reisen schon ewig nicht mehr erlebt haben. Aber das ist jetzt nicht abwertend gemeint; der Betreiber hat das sehr gut im Griff. Insgesamt ist der Platz zu empfehlen.
