From supervision to the team, this Starbucks is awesome!!! Always greeted when entering and they know there customers by name. Thoughtful gesture written on the cup example "Have a great day". Please reward them accordingly. Many take the time to complain. Why not take the time to let them know how much they are appreciated. Blessings~
