People that work here are nice, but the iced coffee is always watered down. Not sure who is responsible for making it bit it almost consistently is so dilute that it lacks coffee flavor.

Was staying down the street and used this Starbucks (Columbia road/18th ST in NW DC) for 6 days. Arrived very early each day - they open at 5 am. Staff in general was friendly and efficient, the food and beverages were all good. Lots of seating including 4 very comfy chairs around a coffee table near the window. Clean bathrooms and store. Good music played. Could not ask for anything more from a Starbucks.

This Starbucks has friendly staff and a friendly atmosphere, and they are quick! I would like to shout out the two staff members working around 4pm on July 10th; they made sure everyone felt welcome and were patient.
