My girlfriend and I had the 5-course menu with the Korean soju/wine pairing in the bar area. The staff was fantastic and the ambience was understated and warm. Even more so, each course was exquisite, flavors and textures layered, and simply delicious. We very much appreciated learning about the vision of SHIA as a nonprofit. Thank you and keep up the great work!

Around $100 5 course-meal is one of the best value fine-dine I've seen in terms of food/atmosphere/service. However, 7 course-meal is a bit of flip of a coin, on whether if the every part of the meal is hitting home runs and harmonizing together as main entree might not be the best part of the meal. Guksu was a strong start of the course meal following small greeting and one bite. Honestly maybe it set the bar too high because afterwards that bar was never surpassed. Four folks in table all agreed duck smell was too strong and kimchi that came with the Sot Bop as commented by two Korean chefs that I went with "was fermented wrong". The previous 5-course meal I had prior to this 7-course meal banana desert at the end was much more balanced throughout and had higher standards it felt. I would've given 5 star if I wrote the review at that time. Will definitely give it a try again at later date.

餐點是韓式結合法式口味,我們選擇五道菜,價格很不便宜,cp值算低,吃完有一點空虛。
