W poszukiwaniu burgera innego niż te z popularnych sieciówek trafiłem do Hali Koszyki, a tam do Soul Food. Na pierwszy ogień i zapoznanie się z menu wybrałem dwa burgery: ODD oraz Club Crispy Chicken, do tego frytki i lemoniada. Burger ODD – solidny rozmiar, ale bez przesady. Nie jest to jakieś kulinarne monstrum, raczej idealny na porządnego głoda, zwłaszcza w duecie z frytkami. Mięso smaczne, dobrze wypieczone, bez żadnych niemiłych niespodzianek typu żyłki itp. Do tego chrupiący boczek, świeże warzywa (sałata, czerwona cebula, ogórek) i sosy – w tym BBQ – w ilości idealnie pasującej do reszty. Całość zjedzona z przyjemnością i, co ważne, bez konieczności wycierania się po łokcie. Myślę, że za jakiś czas chętnie powtórzę. Club Crispy Chicken to burger bardzo podobny do ODD, z tą różnicą, że zamiast wołowiny mamy tutaj panierowanego, chrupiącego kurczaka – bez sosu BBQ. Również smaczny i satysfakcjonujący. Frytki – klasyczne, jak w KFC czy McD. Zjadliwe, ale nie są to belgijskie frytki. Lemoniada – na plus. Świeżo wyciskana z cytryn, dobrze orzeźwia. Jeśli chodzi o cenę, to faktycznie trochę wysoka jak za tego typu jedzenie – ale pamiętajmy, że to Koszyki, czyli centrum Warszawy, gdzie ogólnie jest drożej. Jedyny minus to trudność w znalezieniu miejsca do spokojnego zjedzenia – w weekend masa ludzi, w piątek podejrzewam, że jest jeszcze gorzej. Jeśli ktoś szuka porządnego burgera, nie oczekując fajerwerków i udziwnień, to moim zdaniem warto zajrzeć. Zgadzam się też z kilkoma opiniami – obsługa była trochę wycofana i mało rozmowna (może po prostu zmęczeni 😉). Podsumowując: polecam. Ja na pewno wrócę, żeby przetestować kolejnego burgera.
