If you want to try the juiciest schnitzel, then welcome to "U Shveika" restaurant. It's easy to find - it's in the same building as the "Metropol" hotel, Constitution Square. The restaurant spans three levels and can accommodate more than a hundred guests at a time. The interior is old-fashioned and so homely, reminiscent of a tavern in the Czech Republic. Today's menu features cream soup with sausages, pickled and insanely delicious cabbage, and of course, a pork knuckle (couldn't do without it). Wash it all down with a solid beer, served by a waiter in a maroon apron. To the live trills of a small orchestra, it's nice to close your eyes and dream, especially when the kids are under the supervision of a nanny-educator in a special room, enjoying their kids' menu.

Ciekawe i klimatyczne miejsce z bardzo sympatyczną obsługą. Restauracja ma kilka poziomów, miejsca jest dużo. Pomimo sporego ruchu na stolik nie czekaliśmy. Jedzenie jest smaczne a porcje duże. Tak naprawdę chłodnik i bramborak spowodował że już człowiek najedzony "pod korek". Super jest to że można osobno zamówić dodatki. Frytki były fajnie przyrządzone, chrupiące na zewnątrz a miękkie w środku. Kotlet drobiowy miękki i smaczny. W lokalu widać co dzieje się w kuchni więc to duży plus że możemy podejrzeć przygotowanie posiłku. Obsługa pomimo dużego ruchu bardzo miła i uśmiechnięta. Dania wydawane szybko.
