Ciekawa wariacja na temat tatara. Na dodatek smaczna. Steki medium rare wysmażone na wiór. Na pytanie czy mi smakuje wyraziłem swoje uwagi ale kelner w połowie zdania obrócił się na pięcie i sobie poszedł. Nie wiem za co rekomendacja Michelina bo lepsze steki robię w domu.
