Capita che stai tornando dal weekend e trovi posto in un piccolo locale che non ti aspetti: cucina etnica cinese, quasi fusion, atmosfera raccolta e personale gentile e preparato. Ordino un antipasto col tofu — io, che ho sempre pensato che il tofu fosse gustoso quanto il polistirolo — e invece… una sorpresa deliziosa! A seguire, due piatti a base di pollo, uno piccante che mi ha fatto lacrimare di felicità (letteralmente). Ma il colpo di scena finale? I due guardiani del locale, sembrano usciti da una leggenda cinese: due West Highland White Terrier che ti accolgono con l’eleganza di piccoli imperatori. Insomma: posto curioso, ottimo cibo e spirito da favola. Ci torno, eccome se ci torno.
