Absolute must eat in Valencia. Surely one of the most interesting kitchens you will experience. Be there in time and take the seats close to the entrance. Then just relax and be prepared for a marvellous dinner.

Dit is een zalige ervaring. Een zeer kwaliteitsvolle menu met verassende smaken, waarbij de presentatie van de gerechten zeer mooi is. Het feit dat je aan de keuken zit en zo hun werk kunt aanschouwen, maakt het een enorm speciale ervaring. Telkens duidelijke uitleg over het gerecht, ze zijn zeer bereikbaar. We hadden een speciaal verzoek om glutenvrij te eten, waar het menu werd aan aangepast. Een absolute aanrader.
