Cuando en el nombre del bar pone Fresh Pasta, es por algo. Cada día sorprenden con un tipo de pasta diferente, lo que añade encanto y hace que la visita nunca sea igual. Lo mejor es que, sea cual sea, sabes que estará deliciosa: son verdaderos expertos, y además puedes ver cómo la elaboran al momento. Las salsas y los platos son simplemente de 10, capaces de transportarte sensorial y mentalmente a Italia, a la calidez de un pequeño pueblo y su taberna casera. Un lugar ultra recomendable, tanto por la calidad como por los precios.

La pasta demasiado hecha, la salsa muy aguada, mucha pimienta y pese a haber pagado un suplemento por más guanciale y haberle preguntado al chico si se había acordado, y pese a ello, me ha parecido poco. Estuve hace un par de años en Hasta la Pasta y mucho mejor.
