We have been in Valencia for a while and trying the broad gastronomic offers te city offers, and I admit, Shinko was under our radar, but the random day came that we found ourselves here and we could not leave without a note of appreciation. The vibe, the service, the food, the Anguilla nigiri with foie at the end… did I say service? Anyway, service tonight meant Patricia, and tonight Patricia made a great meal into something truly memorable, and we can only say thank you and celebrate this great moment! Thank you!
