La experiencia es un 10 absoluto, tanto a nivel de calidad de la comida como de trato del personal. Los berberechos a la brasa y el virrey (indispensable la croqueta de jamón) son un espectáculo. Especial mención a Oscar que nos cuidó toda la noche (mi mujer esta embarazada y su trato fue exquisito) y a Gema y María que además de más cosas, se encargaron de servirnos el vino y el pescado en perfectas condiciones.

Espectacular restaurante, lo visitamos el año pasado, nos encantó y no hemos dudado en volver cuando hemos estado en Valencia de nuevo. Durante la cena comentamos que era cuestión de tiempo que apareciera en la guía Michelin, y en dos semanas ya estaba. Merecidísimo. El Steak tartar es de los mejores que he probado, y el trato de los camareros se percibe top desde el minuto 0. Seguid así, restaurantazo!
