La verdad, al leer ciertos comentarios se genera incertidumbre; también por otros lugares visitados que no cumplieron en calidad precio. Este local, El Establo, en calle Chile 10 de Valencia, cumplió perfectamente con las expectativas. La comida y la porción muy buena, así como la atención y el servicio. De todos los restaurantes colombianos que visitamos la familia Zuleta, éste ocupa el segundo lugar. Muchísimas gracias por su atención, amabilidad y sobre todo por el toque culinario. Delicioso.
