Este lugar, al lado de la Plaza del Pilar, en pleno centro de Valencia, es una joya culinaria para paladares vegetarianos y veganos. El propietario, Robert, te atiene personalmente y el chef es estupendo. La dedicación y sabor de los encurtidos, la textura del gazpacho con un toque de sandía, y el arroz al curry con toque de lemongrass estuvieron deliciosos… lástima que no les tomé foto… de postre hubo tarta de pera y una mousse de chocolate, por los que regresaré.
