Volveremos sin ninguna duda! No somos de Valencia y fuimos con nuestros amigos que son de allí, para que probáramos una gran paella. Nos encantó todo: el lugar, la comida, la atención que recibimos… Mención especial la atención de Álvaro. Nos atendió estupendamente, con gran profesionalidad, muy cordial, muy amable y con mucho interés en que estuviésemos a gusto. Con el vino pedimos consejo de un vino de la tierra y nos aconsejó en base a nuestra experiencia, somos de Aragón. Acertó de pleno. Por supuesto, la paella increíble! Probamos la de Pollo al romero y estaba espectacular, la mejor que hemos probado. Gracia por todo!
