Vino familia a verme, que vive en Los Ángeles, California. Decidimos ir a cenar a un buen sitio. En el Palacio de la Bellota cené el mejor bonito encebollado que he tomado en mi vida. La lubina y los entrecottes también eran deliciosos. Sin esperas, gran calidad y, sin ninguna duda, lo mejor, el servicio atento, profesional y exquisito de un señor con gran experiencia que nos asesoró y atendió de manera excepcional: el gran Paco. Se le veía con una gran experiencia profesional y simpatía natural. Sin ninguna duda volveremos. Es uno de los mejores restaurantes en el corazón de Valencia, y a muy buen precio. Absolutamente recomendable!!!
