Visité este restaurante porque estaba de visita en Valencia y mi amigo de la infancia trabaja allí, y decidí aprovechar la ocasión para almorzar con mi madre. Desde el primer momento, la atención fue impecable: nuestro camarero, Faber, nos atendió con amabilidad, rapidez, nos hizo sentir muy bienvenidos. Optamos por el menú del día y quedamos gratamente sorprendidos. Cada plato estaba perfectamente preparado, con sabores bien equilibrados y una presentación cuidada. Se nota el cariño con el que trabajan en cocina y el compromiso por ofrecer una experiencia de calidad. El menú ofrecia entrante, plato fuerte, bebida y postre, le hubiera tomado fotos a los demás platos pero con el hambre que teníamos se me pasó tomarle algunas fotos jajaja. Sin duda, volveremos. Es un lugar que combina buena comida, excelente atención y un ambiente agradable. ¡Muy recomendado!
