Me he quedado impresionada con Josh y su cocina. No conocía el sitio, llegamos casi de casualidad y ha sido toda una experiencia. A parte de su amabilidad, la pasión y el detalle de cada plato, la calidad de la materia prima y de su cocina son excelentes. Nunca habría esperado de un cocinero inglés, que gestiona totalmente solo un restaurante de cocina mediterránea, una calidad de cocina así. 100% recomendable. Una propuesta honesta y de calidad en pleno centro del carmen. Un verdadero crack!
