La comida siempre es buena y los precios son razonables. Aunque la última vez las porciones eran más pequeñas. Tengo dos problemas: el primero es el servicio de envío (UberEats), que entiendo no depende del local. Llamo a preguntar si lo puedo retirar yo mismo (tras 40 minutos de espera) me dicen que no, porque es un pedido en línea (he enviado las capturas del chat). Vale, entiendo. Entonces consulto para cancelarla compra y me cuelgan en el restaurante. Eso no es educado. Me marea el repartidor, quien culpa al restaurante. El restaurante culpa al repartidor. Y así, otro rato más de espera. El segundo problema es la alianza con UberEats... El cliente está indefenso. Nadie pide disculpas ni asume la responsabilidad de la demora. Pero si cobran caro el envío.
