Una auténtica experiencia culinaria, combinando aspectos de la cocina tradicional japonesa y española. Cualquier amante de ambas comidas se va a sentir bien aquí. La calidad de la comida es excepcionalmente buena, igual que el servicio y la atención al detalle por parte de la cocina y el personal. Nos atendió Fran. Las recomendaciones han sido ideales. Se nota directamente la pasión por el oficio y la comida. A recomendar especialmente el Maki "La Albufera", el ramen de rabo de toro y el postre cheesecake.
