La experiencia en Freshers fue brutal. Pedí el lobster roll y me dejó sin palabras: pan suave y dorado, con trozos generosos de bogavante fresco, jugoso y lleno de sabor. Las patatas crujientes, el pepino marinado y la salsa con toque cítrico completan un plato que parece simple, pero está pensado al detalle.
