Doświadczenie zdecydowanie na wysokim poziomie – bogactwo smaków i kompozycji sprawiało wrażenie prawdziwej kulinarnej podróży. Każde danie było przemyślane i zaskakiwało nietypowym połączeniem składników, co pozwalało odkrywać kuchnię na nowo. Jedynym słabszym punktem okazało się danie z bakłażanem – smak dominował na tyle mocno, że trudno było go zrównoważyć i nie trafił w nasze preferencje. Mimo to całość menu pozostawiła bardzo pozytywne wrażenie, a kreatywność szefa kuchni bez wątpienia zasługuje na uznanie.

One of the best restaurants I’ve been to; everything was cooked to perfection, full of flavours and passion. It’s a unique discovery of what València has to offer, definitely worth coming several time a year to taste seasonal ingredients. The service was discret but attentive.
