Entramos por pura curiosidad a este lugar porque el aviso exterior mostraba algo muy parecido a un pastelito venezolano. Pero al entrar nos enteramos que los “pasteles” en cuestión son llamados Yunas. Es algo novedoso y creado por esta gente, consistente en dos rebanadas de pan tipo brioche a las que le ponen distintos rellenos, para después calentarlos en una tostadora especial parecida a una gofrera que le da una forma muy particular. El sabor es muy interesante y a la vez delicioso. Yo probé el de salmón ahumado, mi mujer, el de pollo, mientras que mi cuñada se inclinó por el de jamón y queso. Las 3 Yunas pasaron la prueba de sabor, y además la prueba del bolsillo. Otras cosas que nos sorprendieron fueron la pulcritud y orden del local, además de la amable atención de Fernando, un chaval que estaba en todo: mesero, limpiaba y cocinaba. 100% recomendado
