Ristorante all’ultimo piano di un palazzo molto vicino al centro della città. L’ambiente è molto ben curato, adatto alla location 5 stelle quale è. Personale molto disponibile, simpatico e competente. È la giusta scelta per mangiare piatti di qualità e diversi dal solito pur non pagando una fortuna. Ho provato i nigiri di Wagyu, consigliatissimi, e la paella valenciana (carne) anche quella molto buona. Il ristorante presenta anche un piccolo balcone dal quale è possibile ammirare alcuni edifici di Valencia dall’alto. Bagni puliti e ben dotati.

Buen restaurante, ubicado en la novena planta, dispone de unos menús muy completos, así como una carta muy amplia. Desde el mismo se tienen unas vistas excelentes de la Capital.

Lovely ambience, attentive staff, and a lunch menu that didn’t disappoint—the paella was perfect, with just the right amount of socarrat. I really enjoyed it! We tried to book online, but it didn’t work, so we called ahead to reserve a table. Definitely a win for a relaxed midday treat.
