Very rude and unpolite workers manners. Dirty place, especially the bathroom: the sanitary level must be overseen by the authorities. No kind of consideration of my simple request to charge a phone for a few minutes. I will never go there twice, and that's a pity because of the great position and the local view!

HORRIBLE COMIDA, SERVICIO Y LUGAR, una experiencia horrible, pasamos un fin de semana en Valencia y queríamos acabar nuestra estancia con una buena paella y probar el agua de Valencia... Habiamos pasado todo el día en la playa, estábamos cansados y el lugar estaba a pie de playa... Pedimos una jarra de litro de agua de Valencia, éramos 4 comensales y empecé a servir a mis amigos y cuando empecé a lenar mi copa no me llegó ni para la mitad (foto) y era aguachirri porque la jarra desbordada hielo y poca agua de Valencia.. Le reclamo al camarero que la jarra no nos ha dado ni para 1 copa para cada uno y me dice después de consultarlo con su "encargado" que si quiero más que pida otra jarra... Ya partir de ahí la falta de educación fue de todo el equipo.. Nos dejaron los calamares y la bandeja de fritos en el extremo de la mesa sin ningún comentario ni explicación del plato, nosotros tuvimos que ponerlo en el centro de la mesa y lo peor fue cuando trajeron la paella al igual que los calamares lo dejaron en el extremo de la mesa no nos dieron ninguna explicación del plato y no preguntaron si nos servían ellos la paella o la servíamnos nosotros, además tuvimos que pedir 4 platos limpios porque ni los trajeron para servirnos la paella, se equivocaron en la ordeny al rectificarla el camarero fue un grosero con su comportamiento... NADA RECOMENDABLE DE VERDAD. ESA PLAYA ESTA LLENA DE RESTAURANTES ELEGIR OTRO PORFAVOR...

We waited over 90 minutes for our food — and still left without being served. In that time, our server sat at a table across from us eating, completely ignoring customers. The bar opened at 12, and by 12:45 she was still eating instead of doing her job. No updates, no apologies, no service at all. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. We will not be coming back.
