Pues a mí hoy me han estafado: Entramos, preguntamos bien que entra en el buffet libre, y dicen que todo menos bebidas y postres....bien vamos a pagar y me cobran también a parte del buffet libre ...LA SOPA! Se lo digo, me dicen que es un error suyo porque no me lo dijeron bien y así ME HACEN PAGAR LA SOPA(8 EUROS) HE PAGADO 2 BUFFET DE 23E, POR TANTO 46E, A PARTE LA BEBIDA QUE TOMAMOS....y aún así les pareció poco y me hacen pagar la sopa MAÑANA LES PIDO LA HOJA DE RECLAMACIONES, CONSERVO EL TICKET

Buenas tardes, aunque tiene buenas reseñas , me llevé una gran decepción por lo sucio que lo tienen todo y el aspecto de algún plato. Creo que voy a denunciarlo ante la administración para que inspeccionen el local. Son poco amables y no se por qué razón gritan tanto. No lo recomiendo para nada.

El camarero más joven es una persona muy borde y maleducada, llevamos viniendo a consumir diariamente desde hace mes y medio, y antes de ayer no nos quisieron servir la consumición, ante mi pregunta de porqué nos negaban el servicio no obtuve mas que una negacion con la cabeza por parte del joven, no obstante, tras hablar con otro camarero nos permitieron la consumición. Más tarde, cuando volvimos al bar a consumir nuevamente, y tras haber pedido dos cafés con leche, un nestea y un plato de gyozas para compartir con el resto que no estaban consumiendo bebida -que eran 3 personas- pero que si que pagaban las gyozas, ante esta situación el camarero mencionado al principio procedió a invitarnos a irnos de una forma poco amable. Seguidamente cuando le pedí la hoja de reclamaciones -la cual está obligada a poseer el bar por derechos del consumidor- este se negó a facilitarmela. Este local no es para nada recomendable, ni mucho menos destacable por su calidad más si lo es por el pésimo trato al cliente, hay muchos otros bares por la zona que son mucho mejores
